the wild, wild west
Since moving to Colorado, I have slowly developed a MILD obsession with antlers, horns, skulls and other naturally found objects. I have to admit, I am not a big fan of hunting, so I prefer the faux type, or the ones obtained from animals who died of natural causes (haha). And I'm a farm girl, so I understand it all, I don't oppose any of it, just not for me personally. Still looking for the perfect "thing" for my house though...like a cool bull skull for the outside entrance of our home, or a really cool faux deer head for above the office door. I do have some antlers on my ottoman tray which I love! Let me know if you have seen anything super cool!

OLD GARDEN SHEDS TURNED FABULOUS
This could quite possibly be the cutest garden shed I have ever seen! Better Homes & Gardens has a gallery of great photos and inspiration for turning your old shed into something new and wonderful! My Parents have the perfect old, leaning shed (which used to be a smokehouse) that would be ideal for turning into a playhouse for the grandkids. MUST get them to do this!

Wow, I have really done a horrible job keeping this blog up-to-date! I apologize, but since closing my store last January, I am a bit up in the air as to what direction I am taking with my business, my blog, etc. My personal blog has been getting a bit more attention, but I'm going to try and get back on track with this one as well. No time like the present!
